Title: Frontiers of Information Economics: Theory and Experiments

Speaker: Zheng Jie, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Institute of Economics, Shandong University; Distinguished Expert of the Shandong "Taishan Scholar Program"; selected into the National Major Talent Program; Director of the Center for Research in Experimental and Theoretical Economics (CREATE), Shandong University.

Educational background: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics from Tsinghua University, Doctor's degree in Economics from the University of Washington, USA.

Research fields: Information economics, experimental economics, behavioral economics, industrial economics, etc.

Academic achievements: Presided over multiple projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (with consecutive "Excellent" evaluations upon completion), and his research results have been published in domestic and foreign authoritative journals such as Economic Research Journal and American Economic Review; delivered keynote speeches at academic conferences many times.

Academic positions: Associate Editor of Economic Behavior and Organization, Guest Editor of multiple SSCI journals; serves as Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Information Economics, Executive Director of the Game Theory Branch of the Operations Research Society of China, and other academic positions.
