University College Dublin Delegation visited Shandong University on November 23rd. Prof. Qunzi Zhang, Vice Dean and Prof. Karen Chang, Dean Assistant of School of Economics attended the meeting with Don Bredin, Vice Dean of UCD College of Business and Bernd Justin Jütte, Vice Dean of UCD College of Social Sciences and Law separately.

Don Bredin shared the recent development of its college and gave a highlight to its excellent Master programs. He added College of Business would like to explore opportunities in the articulation activities at Master level and student mobilities at Doctoral level between two institutions. Qunzi Zhang expressed her consent to the suggested cooperation at postgraduate level and express the collaboration interests in other areas like faculty exchanges and international research after a brief introduction of School of Economics.

Bernd Justin Jütte had an in-depth exchanges with Karen Chang in the field of student cultivation and reach a initial agreement on the collaboration of short-term program and four plus one undergraduate and master’s joint training program.

Both sides said it's a fruitful and successful meeting and would like to endeavor to push forward the potential international collaborations into an official agreement between the two institutions in the future.
