Title: AI-Assisted Literature Review

Speaker: Lu Yao, Director of China Financial Research Center, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University; Tenured Professor and Deputy Dean of the Department of Finance; Recipient of the National High-Level Talent Program. Her main research fields include corporate finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate investment and financing, technological change and capital markets, and capital market reform and development. She has published more than 40 papers in top domestic and foreign journals such as "Journal of Finance", "Management Science" and "Economic Research Journal". She has won the "Excellent Young Scientists Fund" of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the "Tsinghua University Academic Newcomer Award", and the "Outstanding" conclusion of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Abstract: This lecture outlines the basic ideas and application methods of AI in literature review, introduces the main functions and usage methods of relevant tools, and summarizes the key points and experiences in the practical process.
