Speaker: Li Qiangzhi, Director of the Regulatory Research Department of the Policy and Economic Research Institute of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology; Senior Engineer. He mainly engages in policy research in the fields of telecommunications and Internet industry management, platform economy governance and artificial intelligence governance. He has presided over or participated in more than 20 commissioned projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Cyberspace Administration of China and the State Administration for Market Regulation, and many research reports have been approved by central leaders.
