Title: Hot Topics of the National Two Sessions and Economic Research Topics

Speaker: Zheng Hongliang, Researcher of the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Adjunct Chair Professor of Shandong University. His research fields include microeconomics, comparison of enterprise systems, corporate governance, corporate finance and capital markets. He also serves as Secretary-General of the Sun Yefang Economic Science Award Evaluation Committee and Member of the Ping An Insurance Aspiration Program Expert Group.

Abstract: The 2025 National Two Sessions have pointed out the direction for China's high-quality economic development. This lecture will deeply interpret the policy hotspots of the Two Sessions and explore cutting-edge economic research topics. The main contents include: analyzing the policy connotation of core issues such as new-quality productive forces, common prosperity and high-level opening-up; discussing the research paths of key directions such as artificial intelligence industrialization, green and low-carbon transformation, and industrial chain security.
